Conversus Ownership and Governance Structure

CCAP’s business and affairs are managed by its general partner, Conversus GP, Limited, a Guernsey limited company subject to the ongoing supervision of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. All of the shares of Conversus GP, Limited are owned by Conversus Charitable Trust I and Conversus Charitable Trust II, two Guernsey charitable trusts.

Conversus GP, Limited, the general partner of CCAP, has an independent Board of Directors and a Chief Executive Officer.

CCAP's capital has been invested through its limited partnership interest in Conversus Investment Partnership, L.P., a Guernsey limited partnership and its subsidiaries.
